Navy Bean & Ham Hocks

Ingredients:

1.5 Cup Navy Beans, soaked in water overnight, rinsed

5 Cups of water

1 Carrot, finely chopped

1/4 Cup Celery, finely chopped

1 medium onion chopped

3/4 Pound of Ham Hock

1/2 TBSP Salt

Pepper to taste

Notes:

Put rinsed & drained beans, water, celery, onion, carrot, salt & pepper, and hocks into crock pot. mix quickly with spoon. Place lid on crock pot, turn on low, let cook for 10-12 hours.
